IMMIGRATION &
FAMILY LAW ATTORNEY

Hi! My name is Mario and I'm an attorney representing families along the IH 35 corridor, between San Antonio to Austin, in legal matters such as Immigration, Uncontested Divorces, and Wills/Power of Attorney.

I'm an English and Spanish speaking attorney dedicated in helping families in Texas access justice at an affordable price.  I believe that financial barriers to justice should be overcome and all families have equal access to our judicial system.

I also provide online legal services to immigrants living anywhere in the United States.  As a licensed Texas attorney, I am authorized to represent immigrants living in any of our 50 states.

Please call me at 210-570-7758 to schedule a consultation.  You may a
lso contact me by submitting a contact form below.
I look forward to helping you resolve your legal matter.

LEGAL SERVICES PROVIDED

Family Based Green Cards

I help U.S. Citizens and Permanent Residents petition and reunite with their family members to the United States, including spouses, children, parents, siblings, or fiances to obtain their green card and live with you here in the U.S.

Uncontested Divorces

I assist families who are amicably working to resolve their divorce issues, including division of their property and assets, child custody, and child support.

Wills and Power of Attorney

I focus on helping families draft wills/trusts to protect their assets and property and distribute them to their loved ones according to their wishes.  I also help families draft living wills and power of attorney for medical, real estate, and financial matters in case of emergencies or the unexpected.

Citizenship & Naturalization

I always look forward to helping my clients take that last step to become U.S. Citizens. My services include filling out and submitting the application and representing you at your citizenship interview with immigration.

Crime Victims & Non-Family Based Green Cards

Did you know that some crime victims in the U.S. may obtain deferred action status from immigration? Did you also know that crime victims with approved deferred action status, asylum recipients, and refugees may apply for a green card.

I help undocumented applicants register or renew their Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) or Temporary Protected Status (TPS). I can also help you renew your Work Permit Cards if you have DACA, TPS, Asylum, Refugee, and Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) status.

Renew or Replace
Green Cards

I help lawful permanent residents renew or replace their Green Cards if they are expiring, have expired or have been lost, damaged, stolen, etc.
